Fill in the Order form, then enclose the artwork, the order form and payment in a C4 (just a bit larger than an A4 page) size envelope, and send to:

Note: Please mark the envelope boldly with the words DO NOT BEND to ensure your artwork does not get damaged. KidDoodles can not be held responsible for any damages that may occur during transit.
